They make it so that other players can't see your naquadah, attack power, defense power, total troops, weapons, etc. They also help you to see other peole's naq, attack, defense, etc. Be warned, however, that the cost of spy levels double per purchase, so if u buy 1 level at 6000 naq, the second level would cost 12000, the third 24000, and so on.
